Additionally, a neighboring rancher is being

down and has available for sale at reasonable prices approximately

**Miss
Heather (Hyatt's 21/8)
"A Cowman's
Kind of Cow"
** Miss Heather was almost six years old when we purchased her on January 14, 1994. Since our ownership, her calving record was as follows:

We do not have **Miss Heather's calving history prior to our ownership. However, long time rancher Wallace Hyatt, the breeder of **Miss Heather, told us she was one of the best, most fertile cows he ever owned. We believe it.
Unfortunately, ** Miss Heather died in June of 2001. She was not only fertile, she was functional. Even though we required her to forage for survival during the severe droughts of 1996, 1998, 1999, and 2000, **Miss Heather never lost excessive body condition nor did she slacken up on milk production. As for disposition, **Miss Heather was calm and quiet. You could not ask better from a hard working ranch cow.
**Miss Heather was the type of cow profitable ranches are built around. We thought so highly of her and her offspring that we retained four daughters and several granddaughters to work in our herd. They all are showing the same attributes as **Miss Heather.
Think of the explosive outcross potential of **Miss Heather. The top side of her pedigree is a product of Brushy Creek Ranch's multiple-sire program. The bottom side of her pedigree is a cross between the Barbon Ranch and Yarbro Ranch programs. **Miss Heather was awarded typesetter status by BBU on December 13, 1998. Calves are available out of **Miss Heather's offspring and our herd sire, Cactus Jack.
